Hi everyone! Welcome to my space on the internet! I am so excited that my blog is finally up and live! I – first – launched a blog (MissLaur.com) on October 11th, 2014 and stopped posting in January 2017. So I know a lot of my friends and family are saying “it’s about time”! During this time, I feel like my mindset has shifted and I’ve grown tremendously as a person. What I’m trying to say is life got TOO real and I had to navigate through some crazy storms. Can anyone relate?

Since my last blog post in 2017, I have gone back to school to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, I opened up a daycare center (League of Extraordinary Children), and most importantly I’ve met the love of my life. We got engaged on November 3rd, 2019 and we just moved into our first home together!

I truly hope my site can become a resource for all my readers. Whether that be for fashion and beauty tips, home decor, wedding inspo, business advice and pretty much all the things in between.
